Services / Insurance Claim Help
Filing a claim, dealing with adjusters, getting a rental — it's a part-time job. We do all of it for you.
Get an EstimateIf you've ever filed an auto insurance claim, you know the work doesn't end when you sign the work order. Adjusters miss damage on the initial inspection. Parts cost more than the original estimate. Hidden frame issues turn up once the panel is off. Each of those becomes a 'supplement' — additional billing the shop submits to the insurance carrier mid-repair. Doing supplements right is the difference between getting paid fairly and eating the loss.
We handle every major Georgia auto carrier and have direct billing relationships with most: State Farm, Allstate, Progressive, GEICO, USAA, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, Farmers, AAA, and others. We document with photos at every stage — at intake, mid-repair, and at completion — so the adjuster has everything they need to approve supplements quickly.
If your policy covers a rental car during the repair, we'll coordinate with Enterprise, Hertz, or whichever provider your insurance prefers. You don't have to call the rental company; we handle the pickup window and the return.
For drivers who aren't sure whether to even file a claim, we'll give you an honest read. Sometimes paying out of pocket is cheaper than the deductible plus the long-term premium hit. We don't push you toward filing if it's not in your interest.
No. In Georgia (and every U.S. state), you have the legal right to choose any licensed body shop for your collision repair. Insurance companies sometimes suggest 'preferred' shops because they have direct billing arrangements, but you're not obligated. We work with every major carrier and can direct-bill almost all of them.
Common — initial inspections often miss damage that's only visible once a panel is off. We file what's called a 'supplement' to add the missed work. Insurance companies are accustomed to this; supplements are part of standard process. We do the documentation so the supplement gets approved quickly.
Depends on your policy. Most full-coverage policies include rental reimbursement, typically $30–$50/day for up to 30 days. Liability-only policies usually don't. Check your declarations page or call your agent. If you have rental coverage, we'll coordinate it for you.
We do the paperwork. You drive away in a fixed car.
